Things to consider when you are looking for some bouncing or sliding fun... What size is the space you are planning to use for the inflatable unit? You need to make sure that your space will fit the unit, so please make sure to measure it correctly. You can then compare the size of the space against the dimensions of our units (which are listed for each product), and voila! How old are the kids going to be at the party? You don't want tweens in toddler territory! We have all sorts of options for all sorts of age ranges. The prices published here are for a weekend from Friday to Monday. The units are delivered on a Friday between 8am - 12pm, and collected on a Monday before 12. We all want to know... will it run during loadshedding? This is obviously not an exact science, but the electrical power requirement for an average jumping castle or water slide is 1kwH. The bigger the inflatable, the more electrical power is required. The blower fan inflates the jumping castle or water slide and this blower fan needs to continuously run whilst the inflatable is being used. Please note that BBounce is not responsible for Eskom - as much as we'd like to be!

We have a team of cleaners that clean, disinfects and inspects our jumping castles and water slides after each rental.

To avoid kids hurting themselves, it is recommended that no more that 5 kids jump on a jumping castle at the same time. However, this is up to you! Adult supervision is essential at all times whilst the inflatable is being used.

As a general rule, we don't allow individuals to collect and set up the units themselves due to the effort and knowledge required to set up. If this is something that is required, then we can discuss on an individual basis and will need a copy of ID, proof of residence and a deposit.

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of fun, so we are happy to discuss cancellation or postponement with you. We will of course try and be accommodating in the case of family emergency, illness or unforeseen circumstances. However, we can't be responsible for the weather for example, and you'd be surprised how much fun can be had in the rain (with electrical equipment under cover of course)!
